We strongly recommend sending from a self-custodial wallet, so that any refund can be returned directly to the address it came from.
Contributions sent from an exchange or another custodial wallet cannot be refunded that way, because the sending address belongs to the custodian rather than to you. Whether a sending address belongs to a custodian is determined by its label on kaspa.stream. To claim a refund for such a contribution, forward the custodian’s withdrawal confirmation email to support@kaspadollar.com as an attachment rather than inline, so that its full headers and DKIM signature reach us intact. The amount and time it states must match the transaction on chain, and additional verification may be required.
No guarantees can be made. By contributing, you accept the risk of losing your contribution in full.
Leave your email on the front page and you’ll be the first to know when it goes live.
